For awhile, I had been avoiding things that I needed to do. I needed to make phone calls, but I was scared of talking to people. So I ate lunch instead. I needed to apply for something that I had never done before. So I watched YouTube videos instead. I needed to work on a commission, but I was scared of messing it up. So I called my friends instead. I made this painting (and its associated YouTube short) to remind myself to face my fears and stop avoiding the things that I need to do.
